This PR adds a button above the bongo cat controls which when pressed will give users a place to create a "Sound Code" using the same controls as you would playing bongo cat that can easily be shared with other users, it will also let users control the time between the notes. The final thing this PR adds is the ability to play a song from a URL like in #8.
