Dark theme toggle #73

Ability to switch between light and dark theme; my browser (Edge Chromium) is set to dark but I'd like to have bongo.cat in the normal color scheme.

Technical note: By current specifications, it's the responsibility of the OS or UA to implement a preference for light and dark color schemes.

Since this media query is still in the editor's draft, I can look into adding a temporary site-wide toggle to be considered for removal once we have more information on the final specifications and UA adaptation.
