Feature Request: Crafting Meta Packages

Add meta packages to craft eg. everything needed for a multiblock structure with one click.

• New Items and Blocks

  1. Meta package cell (maybe in different sizes, larger size -> more items in the package). Stores the information about the meta package
  2. Meta package provider (maybe in different sizes, larger size -> more space for packages). Stores the Meta package cells.
  3. Meta package editor. Used to create and modify Meta package cells.
  4. Meta packege terminal. Used to start crafting of a meta package and to get the crafted items.

• GUI The GUI of the Meta package terminal looks similar to the me crafting terminal . On top the list with craftable meta packages. Below a inventory where the meta package items are put when they are finished crafting.
  When crafting of a meta package is started, a window like the one of the me terminal is shown to set the amount of the packages to be crafted. In the next window with the recources overview, the selection of the crafting storage is replaced by a limiter for max crafting units to be used paralell.
