Update to v9.22 & Fixes & Updates #36

Added Show Ghosts, End Meeting, force nick and player tasks. Fixed Radar Crash and End meeting button. Updated to v9.22

This doesn't crash immediately, but modifiers, vote off, colors, chat spam and more don't work, and clicking doors or sabotage, even while impostor, crashes the game.
