Howdy! I realize that use-the-keyboard is focused on macOS applications, but Bear's upcoming Editor 2.0 (tested under the name Panda) is a native cross-platform app across macOS/iOS/iPadOS. (See the Bear Beta Discourse for more details.) The one platform out of these three for which keyboard shortcuts are not directly provided is iPhone - this dynamic has turned into a project in and of itself for me. The project has finally reached a readiness (as in, I don't expect these shortcuts to change) that convinced me to go ahead and write the tables I would have for my own project, so I thought I'd provide them here just in case they'd be useful. For what it's worth, they are radically different from the shortcuts supported by Bear, currently.
