JP2/JP3 purpose #1

I'm not seeing any documentation that references JP2 and JP3. I'm not sure if I needed to have them jumped or not. Could you explain what they're for?

JP2 and JP3 are for extending the addressing of the board using the higher two address lines, they are not required for the SD controller.
