Update fld_file.f90 #1107

Fix field file reading problem. @Shiyu-Sandy-Du met the bug and @MartinKarp helps to figure it out and debug it.

The issue was when reading double precision output files.

good point, I was going to bring it up next monday as I am studying for an exam currently. But this is perfect then! Thanks for the fix
