Install docs missing regen.sh #1119

@muenschm spotted that we are missing a necessary regen.sh in the installation docs. Should be added.

Yes, I can do it or give it a trial to grow into this.

One thing worth to mention is that running regen.sh is only required for cloned repos, i.e. not when using releases (which already contains a configure)
