Remove mean_fluid_flow_t and mean_sqr_flow_t #1122

My understanding is that these types are no longer properly supported, and fluid_stats_t completely supersedes them. Is that correct?

Things are a bit more involved, as fluid_stats uses the mean_flow in the case.
