fix bugs in average_field_in_space: allow avg on multiple time steps #1218

minor changes on contrib/average_field_in_space: the original one does not allow spatial-avg of multiple time steps, now it's fixed.

If one uses the averaging to 1d, everything goes into one single csv file or?

Yes exactly, but that part is not completed by me. (I simply accommodate the code for multi time steps)
