Doc/fix user file typo #1324

Fixes some typos in the field dirichlet code snippet provided in the user file documentation.

If there are any other documentation fixes and typos I guess we can also use this PR to get everything in.

Indeed, commits 9ce9d87 and c6743c6 has now been cherry-picked back to release/0.8

Should the new ones also be back ported?

No, these are changes to reflect the changes in field_list_t that only exist in develop :) so those should not go into release/0.8.
