Include "ManualUpdate" switch and Other Small Corrections v2 (Accidently closed the previous one by merging it)

This change includes the following:

Improved Messaging around Tailscale Setting Improved Messaging around ZIP Path Setting Reworded Cron Schedule Setting Include the requested feature to allow manual updates of a specific file as requested here: https://www.snbforums.com/threads/merlinau-v1-2-6-the-ultimate-firmware-auto-updater-now-available-in-amtm.88577/post-915243 Considering this will be a "advanced" user option with less safeties involved, this will be a switch only and no menu option. I have no preference, once I remember it the combination won't matter much hahaha

Sounds good. See my previous comment for the change in the key press sequence,

Sounds good. See my previous comment for the change in the key press sequence,

I had a feeling there was a technical reason for the selected combination 😂

No rush btw, my motivation is at an all time low today it was a crazy day. Work is picking up for our release I handle once a year lol.

Plus our CIO started having issues accessing remote access over the last 2 weeks which is great as I'm sure you can guess lol! Not the person you want having issues with your solutions.

I think I fixed it all finally today in a meeting with my follow engineering team, ended up being a very specific device issue.

Now the goal is see how broad this issue is across the department and see if we need remediations... The work always picks up this time of year.

I know what you mean, bud!!! Sometimes, "when it rains it pours."

At work, we have a major release coming up for Aug-19th (they're scheduled about 4 months apart, with minor patches in between as needed), so for the next 2 weeks I'll be busier than usual. This is the time that calls for "all hands on deck" to make sure we meet the release date, and all "severity one" bugs are addressed. After that, I'll be taking a 2-week vacation with the family. Obviously, I'll be offline pretty much almost all the time. I may occasionally check my messages, but I may not respond in a timely manner (just FYI).

Synced with Gnuton in commit: https://github.com/ExtremeFiretop/MerlinAutoUpdate-Router/pull/186/commits/5b7c15ca077ee8819137a3a12acf618935c4a360

(More or less) not exactly the same since I'm syncing from some PRs further upstream. It will get more and more "synced" as i continue on.

Fixed the feature to now work with Gnuton firmware as well in Commit https://github.com/ExtremeFiretop/MerlinAutoUpdate-Router/pull/186/commits/6514ed041448f92c9e29406c833bf7eaa5f8c32c
