Update to Minecraft 1.20.1

Updated Spigot / Craftbukkit / Minecraft Server to 1.20.1-R0.1-SNAPSHOT

Added in new items from 1.20

There are some in game items worth noting:

Items not included

• Wood Blocks, Fences, Fence Gates, Buttons, Stairs, Pressure Plates, Slabs, and Chest Boats
  • I did not include the new variants of these as the existing ones are not included currently though they probably could be added
• Skulk Sensors, and Decorated Pots
  • I am unsure how these would work on the card due to them having more of unique texture files
• Torchflowers and Pitcherpods
  • I did not include these as on average it takes about 50 minutes to hatch and raise a Sniffer

Item Tier List Notes

• Obviously these lists can be very subjective but I tried to follow the existing lists as closely as possible
• Hanging Signs are in the same line as their regular variants
  • An valid argument could be made that they are harder to get than regular signs but I put them here for now as these lists are easy to change and it makes checking changes easier
• Pottery Sherds are all B tier
• Most Smithing Templates are A tier ones with less than a 10% of getting are S tier
  • Silence Template is Blacklisted because no...

One last thing, I have been using my fork to test things on my server so I have updated the plugin version number to 1.9.0 to keep things straight but I can remove that change if you want a different version number.
