option --ssp doesn't behave well when waveguide has 2D sound speed information #26

--ssp will only interpolate the first sound speed profile (at r=rbox1). This is perfectly ok for sound speed profiles, but sound speed fields should also be supported. Either: a) output is as square 2D mxArray, or b) add another command line option to specify nPointsR and anPointsZ
