Landing Page: Change "Sent Assessments" to "Complete Asssessments" #41

to clarify with supervisors that not all of surveys under "Sent Assessments" have been sent - we should change the header to "Complete Assessments".

In the future we might want to have three areas for "Active", "Complete" and "Sent" if possible.
