Crash: Clinical Observation 1 #47

Clincial Observation 1 always crashes when you answer "No" to "Supervisor: should the patient be referred/admitted?"

Or when you uncheck "Yes" for the same question

and then it brings up the settings screen

Issue is addressed and fixed - it was a configuration issue
