Landing Page: Change Prompt to note that deleted active assessments will NOT be saved #65

When you go to delete an active assessment it says that the data will be saved in DHIS2 - but since it hasn't been sent it will not be saved - this should be fixed.

Current prompt text: "Are you sure you want to delete this assessment from your tablet? [assessment name] note: data will remain saved in DHIS"

New prompt text: "Are you sure you want to delete this assessment from your tablet? [assessment name] note: data will NOT remain saved in DHIS"

@gtrsmith - you did not included this task on the todo list for the last revised E2 - moving it back to backlog
