Illah was testing EDS 2.1 on the dev server and sent some modules: TZ outlet 1 - Gen OTSS and Clinical modules. When he checked the system afterwards the modules weren’t showing up in DHIS2 even though they had a ‘-‘ next to module on the tablet – indicating that they had been sent.
I’ve been trying to get in to check and see if the modules are showing up but the server seems to be stuck. Earlier today I got a 504 Gateway Time-out. Now it’s just spinning and won’t show me either Event
Capture or the maintenance app. Can you check into this and see what might be causing it?

Hi Sarah and all,
I also had trouble this morning accessing the Gen OTSS module. The other modules were fine. My guess is that since we were using the TZ. Gen OTSS module for training here yesterday, there’s most likely an error somewhere due to the trainings. We did not have any problems yesterday though when checking everyone’s work in the system. I can look through the program content though and check – some people were practicing updating content after the training was over.
As an additional note, we are having problems with updating user roles. I thought that it was my internet, but everyone had problems with this during the training today. Right now it looks like this, where the three bars indicate that it’s loading but nothing appears even after waiting 20-30 minutes:
