Add SIPjs calling #65

Using this code as example, create calls from the app by using SIPjs and kamailio

For Kamailio setup, we will have a conversation in our next meeting with @tokland, but also refer to this issue

Done, you should be able to use the SIP server with users 1 (1pass) and 2 (2pass):
