Treatment Screen Update #127

Given that the new treatment guidelines mandate ASMQ countrywide, we need to remove DHA-PIP from the app entirely.

This would likely involve:

  1. Changing the treatment option screen (see draft in the next comment)
  2. Removing references in the monitor module
  3. Removing references in the unsent/sent screens
  4. Removing DHA-PIP from review screen
  5. Likely somewhere else I forgot above

Can you estimate how much all this may cost?
