Character Spacing in Questions #86

The space between the lines of font (leading) in the following questions need to be adjusted for clarity's sake and/or so the vowels/sub-consonants do not overlap:

  1. RDT - slight increase
  2. DHA-PIP Split - slight increase
  3. AS/MQ Split - increase
  4. Referral - decrease
  5. Phone Number - increase
  6. Reasons for Not Tested - slight increase
