This pull request solves some custom forms problems after the merge of all the pull requests.

Module 1 changes

• Added textfiels(input disabled) in the module 1 secondary tabs totals.
• Added other_tab_total class to set the css properties to the new textfields
• Change the way to update the total values, changevalue instead of remove values and set it again (required by the new textfields).

• Module 1 and Module 1 subnational changes:

• Fixed avoid to save values already saved.
• reload $(document).ready logic when the user change to another period, to make work propertly the custom form.
