Use "HNQIS2" instead of "HNQIS" to display feedback #27

Current Behavior

The app utilises the value in the "PROGRAM_TYPE" attribute (HNQIS or RDQA) to render the correct feedback.

New behavior

Since "HNQIS" is also used in HNQIS 1.6, we want to change that for the fork and instead of using "HNQIS" use "HNQIS2" (assuming it looks for the code in the option)

This change needs to be done from 2.4.3
