Internal DHIS2 message and email if the user chooses to forward internal messages as email If subscribed:

and someone else updates/creates interpretation & comment
and someone else likes an interpretation

If non-subscribed:

and someone else mentions you

Newsletter If subscribed:

and someone else updates/creates interpretation & comment
