in this order, because it is the order information is collected in the tally sheet

At the end, becuase this infromation is only collected if something happen, in a diferent reporting format

Apply the following order to the indicators:

  1. Vaccines doses administered
  2. Vaccines doses used
  3. ADS (Auto Disable Syringe) used
  4. Needles for dilution
  5. Syringes for dilution
  6. Safety boxes
  7. Adverse event following Immunization (AEFI)
  8. Accidental Exposure to blood (AEB)
