Could it be put already the ranges (or min-max) to avoid that are mistakes in the percentages included?
As the precentage of population is already out of the total, the frame of 0 to 15 years has a max value and therefore the adding of subcategories couldn't overpass that one.
maybe to use the Rami's tool?
