Topic model and its sub-models should be customizable #54

For now, a pre-defined setup of the topic model is hard-coded in the scripts. However, it would be nice to give some freedom to the users in the future.

Solution: add a function of updating the setup attribute and re-initialize the topic model with the new setup.
