Added copying of Record-Route: headers to responses Fixed Via: parsing if no port was given Fixed Via.from_header() to error out correctly Added exceptions to abstract DialogBase methods

Hello @vaizki

I no longer work for Eyepea and I don't think this project is going to see much more development. I would suggest to either fork it or maybe synchronize with @vodik if they still use it.

I perfectly understand that you have other priorities if this project was work-related and work is now elsewhere. I will consider a fork then.
