Missing notifications tracking in notifier gui

Notifier v2.1 manages notifications tracking : See https://github.com/EyesOfNetworkCommunity/notifier#most-important-change-on-rules-and-commands-configuration

One should add the "tracking" (0,1) parameter to be compliant.
