Release 2.1-1

Introduce minor code change

The notifier now check username (login) instead of email of notified user.
Notification command switch -C option value from user email to user login.
Notification command expand with new option (-M) to specify user email
Add log line to print contact name
Updated documentation for new release
Add output for HostGroupName and ServiceGroupName in log file
Added script to update from previous version (2.1) to new version
Added script to check notifier.rules fields configuration (only number)
Added documentation for theses scripts
