Currently scte35-inserter only allows predefined inserts.

We propose to allow to trigger SCTE-35 insertion using TCP/IP or sidecar file, where a call with PTS and SCTE35 encoded string is sent.

Thank you for the proposal. We currently does not have that in the roadmap but unless you intend to provide a pull-request for it we can build it on a time-of-material basis.
