When one of the strangers disconnects, swap in a new one.

This can either be done manually or automatically via a setting.

It looks like the decision not to allow this initially was based on a 
limitation of the existing architecture.

In order to implement this, the concept of a conversation needs to be broken 
more cleanly into its discrete elements (i.e. the strangers).

Fixed this as a byproduct of the updated architecture and not disabling the 
swap button when a stranger disconnects.
