Promo codes for free copies of managed items #108

I'm using API 3 with non-consumable managed items and relying on the 
getPurchases call to indicate whether a user has access rights to specific 
features of my app.  It would be very nice if there was some way to send codes 
to reviewers and the like for free access to these features.  I cannot find 
anything in the documentation about promo codes, so I'm assuming it does not 
exist, and I must create my own method for circumventing the IAB API.  I 
figured it was worth logging it as a feature request here though.
