2. Refactor for new namespace
3. Publish to market
4. Publish products to market
5. Download published application
6. Attempt to purchase any product
7. Notice that the purchase flow hangs on "Authorising..." for approximately 1
minute
EXPECTED OUTPUT:
RESULT_OK and an account deduction of the appropriate value for the desired
product.
ACTUAL OUTPUT:
RESULT_ERROR and an email to the buyer with reason "Took too long to deliver"

NOTES:
For all but 1 account/device combination we test with, In-App Billing purchases
are failing for purchases to our developer account. We're aware that accounts
listed as test accounts used for our Google Checkout Merchant account will not
work and will result in RESULT_ERROR. We're using accounts that are not
associated with those values and aren't even on the same Google Apps domain as
the one listed for them. Still, we're seeing RESULT_ERROR and the "Took too
long to deliver" reason for cancellation.
