In app purchase on android 4.0 samsung galaxy nexus device

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1.Requesting in app purchase by sending purchase request to android market
2.

EXPECTED OUTPUT: Purchase of app after credit card verification and payment

ACTUAL OUTPUT:As we go to android market there is alert of error saying that 
"Your order is processing, your item will be available in few minutes"

AFFECTED ORDER IDS (IF RELEVANT):

OS VERSION: 4.0.2

MARKET/MYAPPS VERSION: 3.5.15

DEVICE:

NOTES:  After coming back from market activity app is crashing because of issue 
BillingService.java file in android in app billing application
