Able to create user with invalid name #3

According to the manual testing section in DG. The input "name Ja/ck" should display an error message, but none occurred in testing.

Team's Response

We would like to downgrade the severity of the bug as it would not hugely affect the operation of the application. Also in current time, it is not uncommon to have special characters in the name. However, we note that there should be consistency is acceptance of / in name in name and editinfo command.
