Added tracker for IOTM May 2019, Fourth of May Cosplay Saber in relay. Provides small description for each of the three uses (banish, copy, pseudo yr) with banish in its corresponding section. Reminds user if sword can still be upgraded. Keeps track of copied monster and its turn count.
