Backend (staging): Add new driver, fields are not cleared when trying to create new driver

Scenario:

1. Create a new driver
2. fill in fields
3. Cancel the new driver and close pop up
4. Try to create a new driver again
5. All the fields are filled in from the previous time THE FIELDS SHOULD BE CLEARED
