This is the code for exam mode phase I. The exam definition and exam taking is complete but the grading of exams is missing. The grading of exercises is also complete.
The caveat is, if old exercises (i.e., exercises taken before this update was installed) are being graded, the system will show a division by zero php error/warning because such old exercises do not have the number of questions stored on them. If you filter on the selector the proper dates with just new exercises, that does not happen. I may modify the function in the next release (hopefully in a few weeks) to avoid the error, but then if I make up for the number of questions the result will be artificial and inaccurate.
