Thank you @oliverglanz I am working on this.
Hi @oliverglanz is it safe to assume that any grader who is added to the class is already enrolled in the class?
I have designed a system that allows teachers to add graders to their classes. I will push these changes once I am done testing the new feature. Graders have the ability to view and download exam grades, they also can edit exercises and exams of the class that they are enrolled as a grader to.
To Add a Grader:
Go to Administration >> Classes
Click on Add grader under Operations
Enter the username of the grader, the grader must also have an administrator account
Click "OK", you will be redirected back to the Class List
When the grader logs in, they will be able to go to My Data >> Grade Exams to see and download the exam grades that they are responsible for.
@oliverglanz This feature is now active on learner.bible.
@tmccormack165 I see that you can only add a grader if you are an administrator. The option to add graders to a course should be made available to instructors (not just administrators). Further, when one has added a grader, one cannot see who has been added as a grader. For example, I have added two graders to a course but cannot see who I have added:
In larger institutions instructors use graduate assistants (GAs) to handle all the grading. This is particularly typical in classes with 15+ students when the teaching professors also teaches several other classes under full load.
The request has been made several times by GAs, whether they can be added as teacher to a class so that they can take care of the grading of students and to improve exercise descriptions of exercises that the main instructor has put together.
