Results page after completing exercise #68

Currently, after a student completes an exercise, they are unceremoniously dumped back in the "select_quiz" page with a directory of all the available exercises. Instead of this, it would be very helpful if they were redirected to either:

  1. The results page for the just-completed exercise, or
  2. The student's dashboard (see #67 ) which shows their score.

Hello @elliotclee,

This one is also a very important enhancement that has been discussed before. It is even possible that the student could be unsure whether their answers have even validly been submitted. Thank you.
