Suggestion: Add easier ways to set an orbit. #30

Make an option to set the orbit to the orbit described by a maneuver node.

Also, let us type in the desired apoapsis, periapsis, inclination, etc..

I have a feeling that's what some of the Complex layout does. I also have a feeling it's not meant to be easy to do that ;) I only use it as a last resort; usually I use Simple or Graphical!
