For now, changed default Boost key combo to be Right-Ctrl + B (otherwise it conflicts with the default throttle. Put config files in PluginData directory inside HyperEdit directory. Changed Lander view to show altitude above terrain as current altitude instead of ASL.

All excellent work. Let's try to be more descriptive in our titles of things, rather than "fixes", etc..

Thanks. I will be more descriptive if a PR satisfies one problem, but if I'm addressing a few then thinking of a more descriptive title makes my brain hurt ;)
