Planet Editor may be redundant w/ Kopernicus, and/or other mods. #48

If nobody objects, I think we're gonna take out Planet Editor altogether.

EDIT: I've decided to leave it in, barring any compelling argument to remove it.

Please comment here if anyone has input.

Please don't remove it. The Planet Editor saves a lot of time restarting and, in my opinion, is easier to use for people who don't understand how Kopernicus and other mods work.
