Orbit Editor doesn't always default to editing active vessel #50

The orbit editor often defaults to editing the active vessel, which makes things a lot easier. However, it sometimes doesn't, requiring a few extra clicks to set.

I think I know what you mean, but it seemed to be correct behavior to me. I assumed it kept the most recent one chosen, or something. I'd like to see it in practice. If one is making many changes to any object other than the current vessel, would it be bothersome to have to change it back each time one does something?

Ok, that makes sense. However, I'd like to see it default to the current vessel if the most recent one chosen no longer exists, (i.e., if it was reverted to the VAB). I'll try to see if I can relabel this as a feature request rather than a bug.

Update: It looks like I can't. Can you do it on your end?
