The shaking seems to increase over time, and is enough to destroy a vessel. Changing scene and back fixes it.
I've seen this in many situations, but most recently it was described when using the Lander to go directly from one body surface to another. Even though we don't advise that, this problem seems fixable. I've also seen it when going to orbit and other times.
