Electric Charge use, as in EC usage as a display/graphable item, or EC usage for the part itself?

Usage for the part itself, while activated, should be easy enuff for me to take a look at implementing. Altho, specifically displaying its usage, in the UI, (other than being included in the whole craft EC graph), would require coding... which I cannot do.
