Very sorry! I have been busy with other projects recently. There is currently no time to fix this problem. You can try to convert begin to zero time for access, but there is also end time conversion internally, Only the begin time can be changed, When this bug is fixed later, I will send you an email to confirm.

The playback storage overseas (outside of China) is stored in the zero time zone. Communicate with app development colleagues on the method of obtaining overseas storage data, and ultimately maintain consistency with the app.

There's no way of accessing the recordings, it doesn't matter whcih combination of times you use. It's not a matter of playing with TZ but you can't actually access any cloud recordings from overseas.

I'm finding impossible to access cloud recordings on EZVIZ OPEN platform through API. Mobile app shows video fragments however, when trying to access through API I get "未找到录像片段".
I've double checked params, dates, and settings. I can access live video however, I can't access cloud storage fragments.
