I thought of automatisate the steam GetHelpWithLoginInfo (I think you know what i mean).
When reading through your code, is saw in the Class Steam the IsAvailible Function, which is doing exactly that, what i was thinking of (he automatisation). Why dont you use this Function?
Could you build in this please ? :) Im to bad to do that, Im always gettling problems with the URI class.
