Synchronizing Marcin's branch with main

Contains the development I did while Florian was working on cost function. Main fetures:

• Works with SI_Toolkit Master Branch (!)
• For interpolation uses Diego's function instead of Florian's

• Control frequency can be set in Settings
• functions to convert order of variables in car state between "original" and "alphabetical"
• Saving full car state to csv file
• More secure angle wrapping in f1t simulator
• Two models of PID and option to use it or not
• Simplest model for a car (simpler than KS)
• Corrected order of control variables (were sweeped twice resulting in correct behaviour but not understandable code)
• Option to decide if full state or just odometry is available
• Corrected rendering
• Other improvements towards using neural network as predictor
